The City of Hooker, OK (Sponsor) as sponsor for the Hooker Municipal Airport hereby announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 1.63% for FAA-funded contracts in fiscal years 2025 through 2027. The Sponsor estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 1.63%, it will obtain 0.00% from race neutral participation and 1.63% through race conscious measures.
